Shipping and Delivery Policy
We only use Australia Post for standard and express post shipping both Domestic and Internationally. By selecting any of our listed shipping methods at checkout you are therefore agreeing to Australia Post’s terms and conditions. You can view them here.
- All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia during business hours Monday – Friday.
- No orders are processed on weekends or on public holidays.
- Orders will be shipped within the timeframe outlined in our Turnaround Times Guide.
- A tracking number will be provided to you once your package had been dispatched.
- Xander and Rose does not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed delivery or missing mail once it has been received by Australia Post.
- Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to completing your order. Any orders that are ‘returned to sender’ due to incorrect information supplied will incur additional postage fees if it is to be re-directed to another address or re-sent to the original address. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
