We take great care in designing and making a unique product just for you. So please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped/posted.
Rush Orders
If you have a rush order, please get in touch to let us know the date you require it by. We will let you know if there are any issues with the deadline provided.
We are unable to accept any rush orders at peak buying times like Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas etc.
Combined Orders - up to 10 business days
If you order both ready-made and custom/personalised products within the same order, the Custom / Personalised Orders turnaround time will apply to the entire order (up to 10 business days). If you would like your ready-made item/s shipped/posted within the 5 business days, please ensure you place two separate orders.
